Sometimes You Just Say Yes

Do you ever have the sense that you’ve said “yes” to one too many things?  The feeling that you may have too many pots on the stove?  This year I’ve had a few moments like that.  In August I was crowned Ms. America 2014-2015, with responsibilities to travel the country for the next 12 months.  But before I won the title, we had already set things in motion for opening our third Crossroads Chiropractic location in Epping.  So really, there was no turning back, just full steam ahead!  I trusted that everything would work out, and remembered what my dad always said, “Everything happens for a reason.”  The year has been full of blessings and opportunities to promote chiropractic and increase the public’s understanding of traumatic brain injuries.  I’ve spoken on concussion awareness and taught continuing education classes in Ohio, Nevada, Texas and Washington, DC.  I’ve testified before the Texas legislature, recorded a nationally televised Public Service Announcement and partnered with the Brain Injury Association.

But in between travels, I’ve been working to get our Epping location off the ground with Dr. David and the Crossroads team.  This week, when I read this testimonial from an Epping practice member, I saw the fruits of our labors.  If we hadn’t stretched ourselves as a team to start this new location, even in the crazy-busy year it has been, seacoast practice members like Troy may not have had access to structural correction and the benefits of improved quality life and overall health that comes with being well-adjusted.  Let me make a huge public thank you to the amazing team at Crossroads for the love, healing and positive energy that you all share daily.

Practice Member Testimonial

Troy P. age 31

7 months under care at Crossroads Chiropractic 125, PC

I suffered from lower back pain for several years and during that time I would have episodes where I would be in debilitating pain and would have to rest for days because of heavy lifting or strenuous activities. Since I enrolled in the corrective care program I have not missed any days of work because of back pain and recovery time from strenuous activities has been reduced significantly. I feel that my overall health has improved and I find myself with less day to day pain since starting the corrective care. The hours are flexible and I find myself enjoying making it to my appointments. I would recommend this program to anyone that suffered from back pain from daily activities because it has worked for me.
