If the foods that you are eating are not GMO free and/or certified organic you most likely are consuming cell damaging toxins. The use of genetically modified organisms in the United States is higher than any other country in the world.

So what is a genetically modified organism (GMO)? A GMO is an organism (plant or animal) that scientist introduce genes from one species, such as a bacteria, viruses, animals, or humans into DNA of a food crop or animal to introduce a new trait. Scientist began to genetically modify foods and animals to get a more resistant organism, many times these traits are to insure crop safety against the natural element such as pests and parasites. The newly introduced genes kill off pest well but infuse our foods with pesticides that we ultimately eat. These so called desirable traits are achieved through changing the genetic make up of the food itself. When an organism’s genetic composition is modified it opens the organism up to other possible changes in their genome. When these changes occur the organism is vulnerable to genetic mutations. Some of these genetic mutations can reek havoc on the bodies that these GMO foods are trying to fuel. When human cell under go mutations a wide range of dysfunction may occur, anywhere from hormonal imbalances to cancer.

Many people may complain that eat organic/non-organic is costly and hard to accommodate where they live. These are factors that may make it difficult but not impossible. Eating organic/non-GMO is an investment in your health. By feeding your body clean, pure fuel it will run more efficiently and help decrease serious dysfunction later on in life.
